VICAR GENERAL OF AUGSBURG SILENCES CRITICS!TELLS THEM THEY ARE "NARROW MINDED AND NOT REAL FÜSSENER'S"

According to an interview granted to the local paper,"Füssener Blatt" the new Vicar General of the Diocese of Augsburg has silenced his critics by accusing them of being "Narrow minded and not real Füsseners".The paper quoted Monsignor Karlheinz Knebel as saying"real Füsseners are open minded and liberal!"
Fortunately for the new Vicar General he was only speaking to a local paper whose reporter and staff didn't realise the significance of what he was saying.
We pray that our lovable, outspoken, ex-Parish Priest, will not fall into to many traps when talking publicly with the media.
The comment is bound to have hurt and upset many parishioners in Füssen who may not have agreed with everything he did in the Parish but still didn't need a public attack in the local paper.
Maybe the paper will retract the comments in a later edition,as not being really what the new Vicar General exactly said! After all the Vicar General of a Diocese normally has to be very diplomatic when dealing with people! Not outspoken like the editor of this website!
